Brand Collateral
Thoughtfully designed brand collateral for every touchpoint.
Your brand doesn’t end with your logo or website, it continues through every interaction your clients and customers have with your business. From the business card you hand over at a networking event to the thank you card tucked inside a customer’s order, every printed piece is an opportunity to reinforce your brand.
At Ivory Ember Studio, I create beautifully designed brand collateral that feels cohesive with your existing brand identity while balancing both form and function. Whether you’re looking for elegant business cards, menus, flyers, signage, or other marketing materials, each design is crafted to ensure your business is presented with professionalism, consistency, and intention.

FAQs
-
Yes. Brand Collateral Design is created using an existing visual identity, so you’ll need to have established branding in place before we begin.
At a minimum, I’ll generally need your professional logo files, colour palette and typography, along with any Brand Guidelines or supporting elements you have available.
If your branding was created by another designer, that’s completely fine. As long as there is a clear visual identity for me to work from, I can extend it into your new collateral.
If you don’t yet have an established identity, one of my Brand Design experiences may be the better place to begin.
-
Absolutely. You don’t need to have worked with Ivory Ember Studio for your original branding to book Brand Collateral Design.
I’ll ask you to provide your existing brand assets and, where available, your Brand Guidelines before we begin. I’ll then familiarise myself with your visual identity so your new collateral feels like a natural extension of the brand you already have.
-
Of course. You can enquire about a single piece or a collection of collateral depending on what your business needs.
For example, you might need a business card on its own, or you may want several pieces such as a business card, thank you card and gift voucher designed together to create a cohesive suite.
Once I understand exactly what you’re looking for, your Project Proposal will outline the complete scope, deliverables, and investment.
-
Yes. If you already have a printer you’d like to use, please provide their artwork specifications before final files are prepared. This might include requirements relating to dimensions, bleed, colour profiles, file formats, finishes, or other production details.
I’ll use the supplied specifications to prepare your approved design for print.
Because every printer can have slightly different requirements, it’s important that these details are provided before final artwork preparation wherever possible.
-
No. Brand Collateral Design generally covers the design and preparation of your final artwork, with printing arranged separately by you.
I’m happy to prepare your artwork according to the specifications provided by your preferred printer so it’s ready to send through for production.
-
Not necessarily, and some variation between digital and printed colours is completely normal.
Screens display colour using light, while commercial printing uses ink, which means colours can appear slightly different once printed. The appearance of colour can also vary depending on the printer, paper stock, finish and printing method.
I’ll prepare your artwork appropriately for its intended use, but exact colour matching can’t always be guaranteed. If colour accuracy is particularly important for your project, I recommend discussing physical proofs or colour-matching options with your chosen printer before approving a final print run.
-
The final file formats supplied will depend on the type of collateral being created and how it will be used.
For professionally printed pieces, you’ll generally receive appropriately prepared, print-ready artwork that can be supplied to your chosen printer. Where additional digital versions are required and included within the agreed scope, these will also be prepared in suitable formats.
Your final deliverables will be outlined within your Project Proposal so you’ll know exactly what you’ll receive before the project begins.
-
Editable or native working files are not included within Brand Collateral Design.
Your final artwork will instead be prepared and supplied in the appropriate formats for its intended use.
If having an editable version is important to you, for example if certain information will need to be regularly updated, please mention this when you enquire. I can determine whether an editable format is appropriate for the particular collateral you’re requesting and discuss any additional requirements or investment before we begin.
